We are so glad that the demand for our children's classes is so high!
We are very proud to offer our students personalized, ongoing classes where they do not have to wait for the beginning of a session and start their classes with their interests and talents in mind.
We have seen many students 'disappear' for weeks at a time, only to show up when class is completely full, so we do have to keep these policies in place to keep classes small and to be fair to other students and the studio. Every lesson is prepared individually, and we work very hard to accommodate everybody's schedule.
ONE CLASS MISSED POLICY
However, children get sick, get homework, get tired, and even (sometimes) get detention. We at Art Galia fully understand that things happen, and it's not always easy to call ahead and let us know about missed classes.
A student may not receive more than 1 make-up class per session.
Students who miss more than one class per session do so at their own loss.
No refunds or credit will be issued after the second class attended by the student. Should Art Galia need to cancel a course due to low enrollment, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds will be issued.
Cancellation of the 6 week session must be announced at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of the student's classes. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply .
Cancellation Policy Adult Classes
Art Galia reserves the right to cancel a class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given. If the Gallery must cancel a class due to extenuating circumstances students will be given notification and we will offer make up class.
Due to the short nature of our six week sessions, we do not offer any cancellations, make up lessons or credits for missed lessons .We do our very best to provide our students with a really great experience. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
If there are any questions, concerns or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
